Pasture-Raised Eggs
Our pasture raised hens have access to over 900 acres of land here in Ojai at our partner ranch, RMR. The land is managed organically and is currently in the process of becoming Organic Certified. This means no herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or other “-cides” are used on the pastures that the chickens freely roam.
Corb’s Orb’s takes a regenerative approach to our egg production, moving the hens throughout the pastures of the ranch so that they always have access to fresh plants and insects to forage.
We also manage our hens organically, and are in the process of achieving Organic Certification for them.
Our aim is to give our hens the best, most natural life possible.
Our Practices
We use Organic, Regenerative and Holistic methods to manage our laying hens. What does this mean? It means:
Our ladies never receive vaccines or antibiotics, instead they are provided with the healthiest feed, supplements and fresh green pastures so they can get all the nutrition they need to stay healthy without the need for intervention
They are moved to fresh pasture every few days with the use of mobile chicken coops and mobile electric fencing to keep predators away
We also have Livestock guardian dogs that protect our flocks which ensures their safety 365/24/7
Our ladies have access to pasture 365 days a year, 24/7, and only go into their mobile coops if they choose, generally, when laying eggs or roosting for the night
Our chickens follow our flock of sheep and goats around the ranch which helps to improve the soil and pasture health by reducing pest insects, eating weed seeds and helping to spread their natural manure around the land
Our ladies are only fed Organic Certified Non-GMO Non-Soy feed and are provided with fresh water at all times

As a local growing up in Ojai, I feel honored to supply nutritious, high quality pasture raised eggs to my local community.
Formerly a bread maker with Rory’s Place in Ojai, I decided to venture out on my own to start Corb’s Orb’s where I could provide nutrient dense food grown in a way that compliments the ecosystem and provides for my local community.
